Juv/1st Winter Thayer's Gull 　Larus thayeri

This Thayer's Gull is possible male.

Note the bill size of background Adult Slaty-backed Gull.

Outer primaries are dark trailing edge.

Note especially not broken tail band and stripe primaries.
